Returns & Exchanges We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

  • 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

Eligible Items

  • All items except underwear and licensed jerseys Pre order product are eligible for returns.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Damaged or used items will not be accepted.

Licensed Jerseys & Special Edition Items

  • Licensed jerseys (FC Barcelona, Inter Miami, Portugal, etc.) are final sale and not eligible for returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll arrange pickup through our delivery partner

Exchanges

  • A exchange incurs a LKR 400 handling fee

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Gift Returns

  • Gift items receive store credit; non-gift items are refunded to the original purchaser
