EXCHANGE & RETURN

Exchange Policy

  1. Wrong Size Selection:

    • If you need to exchange a product due to selecting the wrong size, we are happy to assist you.

    • Exchange Charges: A fee of Rs. 350 will be applicable to cover the cost of the return and re-delivery through our courier partner, Domex.

    • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Product Defects or Issues:

    • If you receive a product with any defects or issues (e.g., manufacturing flaws, incorrect item, or damage during delivery), we will exchange it free of charge.

    • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached and in an unused condition.

  3. Return Policy

    1. Eligibility for Returns:

      • Returns are only accepted for products with defects or issues as described above.

      • Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection (unless exchanged as per the exchange policy).

    2. Return Process:

      • Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

      • Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all tags attached and in an unused condition.

      • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund as applicable.

    3. Pre-Order Items Policy

      1. Non-Exchangeable Items:

        • Pre-order items, including branded sportswear, are brought into Sri Lanka upon customer request. These items are not eligible for exchange or return due to customer preference or change of mind.

      2. Damaged Pre-Order Items:

        • In the rare case that a pre-order item arrives damaged, we will offer an exchange or refund.

        • Process for Damaged Pre-Order Items:

          • Submit the damaged item to our physical store within 3 to 5 days of receiving the package.

          • Ensure the item is in its original packaging with all tags attached.

          • Once the item is received and inspected, we will process a replacement or refund.

          • Processing Time: Replacements or refunds for pre-order items may take 10 to 14 days to complete

            Important Notes:

            • Free Delivery: All orders are delivered free of charge within Sri Lanka.

            • Exchange/Return Timeframe: Exchanges and returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order (except for pre-order items, which must be submitted within 3 to 5 days for damaged cases).

            • Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Products without proper packaging or tags will not be accepted for exchange or return.

            • Refunds: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days for regular items and 10-14 business days for pre-order items after the returned product is received and inspected

              How to Initiate an Exchange or Return:

              1. Contact our customer support team at 0778986939  with your order details and reason for exchange/return.

              2. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product through Domex Courier or to our physical store (for pre-order items).

              3. Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund as per the policy.
